How do I know I can trust We Clean America?
We Clean America has been in business since 1982. We guarantee 100% satisfaction when you sign our new client letter which promises re-do’s free of charge when service was unsatisfactory.
Who does We Clean America hire to clean my home?
We hire maids that must pass a background check and have extensive experience in the maid service industry. We keep the quality of our service high with daily quality control inspections.
Do I have to be home during house cleanings?
Not at all, please arrange this with us when scheduling your service.
What time does We Clean America arrive?
Our time arrival slots are in the form of one hour windows. For example arrivals are set as follows: 7am-8am, 8:30am-9:30am and so forth.
What if something is damaged during a home cleaning?
Maids are held responsible for damages or losses they cause. We will fully cooperate and assist you settle any dispute over damages.
Do I provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
Maids will arrive with all necessary supplies and equipment. You may request maids to use your supplies and equipment if you please. We only ask you provide trash bags for your trash cans.
What if my home cleaning falls on a holiday?

We accept cash and any debit/credit card.
